Service unavailable

The check and challenge service will be unavailable from 5pm on Wednesday 31 October while we make some planned improvements. It will be available again from 1am on Thursday 1 November.

You will not be able to access the service during this time and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.

We’re making improvements to the service in response to customer feedback. As part of these improvements, we’re introducing a new dashboard design, from which you’ll be able to view and track your submitted checks.
