How will I know that there is a message for me to view in my customer communications area?

If you provided an email address when you submitted your application to register for VAT, request to change registration details or Notification of Vehicle Arrivals, an email will be sent to tell you that a message is available to view in your customer communications area.

To make sure you receive these emails it is important that you enter your correct email address when asked.
