Do I need any software to be able to send CIS Returns and Verification requests online?
You can either:
- choose to use our free CIS Online software, which is best suited to contractors dealing with fewer than 50 subcontractors
- use 3rd Party Software
Details of Internet filing software for all contractors are listed on the GOV.UK website.
If you're currently using a CIS software package, you might want to speak to your software supplier to check if you'll be able to use that software to send CIS Monthly Returns and Verification Requests over the Internet.
