I'm a new user. How do I register and enrol for ICS?
If you're a UK-based trader you can go to HMRC: Registration - What would you like to do? and follow the link to 'Sign up for HMRC services'. On the next screen, select 'Organisation'. You'll then be shown a list of all the online services you can enrol for. Once you've signed up for ICS you'll have to activate the service before you can begin to use it.
If you're an overseas trader you must register and sign up for ICS through the Government Gateway. Follow the link to Register as an Organisation where step by step guidance is given. Once you've signed up for ICS you'll have to activate the service before you can begin to use it.UK-based traders can also use the Government Gateway to sign up.
