Already completed paper P12

If you have already completed a paper form P12(s) for an employee, you must enter the information from that paper P12(s), into this application. You must include any employee who has left, or has had a code change during the tax year. Please contact your HM Revenue & Customs office for details of any paper P12(s) that you have already submitted.
