Can I share the contents of this report with others before I submit it
If the 'Event Report' is being compiled by more than one 'person' then its
content needs to be visible to all parties completing the report. If the
persons compiling the Event Report are not the Scheme Administrator(s) then
the Scheme Administrator will have to authorise HMRC to deal with the
practitioner before they can to view the Event Report. If an Event Report is
being completed by a single practitioner, the Scheme Administrator does not
need to authorise HMRC to deal with that practitioner to allow them to view
information they have provided. To authorise a practitioner, the Scheme
Administrator should go to the Pension Scheme Summary, select 'Practitioner
Management' and select 'add a new practitioner'.
