What happens if I realise that I have made a mistake after I have submitted an Event Report

If you find you have made a mistake after you sent in the Event Report or any details have changed, please let us know at once. You will only be penalised if the Event Report is incorrect through fraud or negligence. The penalty can then be up to £3000.
