The scheme became an investment-regulated pension scheme
Under reportable event 10 of Regulation 3 of The Registered Pension Schemes
(Provision of Information) Regulations 2006 - SI 2006/567 you must complete
this section if:

the scheme has become an investment-regulated pension scheme, or
-
it is investment-regulated pension scheme and it was registered in the year 6
April 2006 to 5 April 2007, and the Scheme Administrator, when completing the
Register New Scheme form, selected 'No' to the question 'Does the scheme have
at least one member with the ability to control the way in which scheme assets
are used?'
You do not need to make a report if:
-
the scheme is investment-regulated and was registered in the year 6 April 2006
to 5 April 2007 and, when completing the Register New Scheme form, the Scheme
Administrator selected 'Yes' to the question 'Does the scheme have at least
one member with the ability to control the way in which scheme assets are
used?'

the scheme was one that was 'approved' at 5 April 2006 and it is deemed to be
an investment-regulated pension scheme from 6 April 2006
