To complete registration you will need the Activation Token and a Pension Schemes Online ID

Your Activation Token, together with a unique Pension Schemes Online ID such as a Scheme Administrator / Practitioner ID, is used to identify you to the system for security purposes. Your ID will allow you to input and access information based on your specific role within the scheme, for example a Scheme Administrator is able to register a scheme but a Practitioner is not.

You will need to advise others associated to the scheme of your ID in order for them to carry out certain functions for the scheme. To associate a Practitioner to a scheme the Scheme Administrator will require the Practitioner ID

You will not be able to start using Pension Schemes Online until you have completed your registration. If you do not receive your Scheme Administrator / Practitioner ID within the next 5 days, please contact Online Services Helpdesk
