Assets which have been acquired at arms length

Include details of all assets acquired by the scheme that have not already been entered on the return.

Where assets are managed by a third party (for example, a stockbroker) the return must reflect the legal ownership of the assets. If the assets are owned by the pension scheme then the full details of the underlying assets should be included, rather than the total value of the managed investment.
