From the links shown you will be able to view and amend information held on the system for the Scheme Administrator(s) and Practitioner(s) associated to the scheme.

Select 'Scheme Administrator management' to access the following options:-

• Associate Scheme Administrator
• Add Scheme Administrator
• Cease as Scheme Administrator

Select 'Practitioner management' to access the following options:-

• Authorise practitioner
• De-authorise practitioner
• Practitioner no longer acting
