If your bank or building society account is with Lloyds Bank plc and the account number contains 7 digits, please enter 1 leading zero followed by your 7 digit account number.

If your bank or building society account is with either Chelsea Building Society or Lloyds Bank plc and the account number contains 6 digits, please enter 2 leading zeros followed by your 6 digit account number.
