This shows that we are currently reclaiming an amount from you.

It will show why we are reclaiming an amount from you, for example a payment that you made by cheque was repaid to you then your cheque was dishonoured.

It may also show any adjustments that have been made, for example amounts that we are collecting through your PAYE tax code, or any payment/credits you have made.
