Submitting additional information regarding the valuation and/or property address

If you have a professional valuation report to support your valuation you should send a copy of this report to us at:

You must email the additional information in a PDF file.  The subject of the e-mail must include 'PRBC' and the automatic acknowledgement number (this will be sent to you once we receive your Pre-Return Banding Check (PRBC) form). Please do not use this email address for any purpose other than to inform HM Revenue & Customs of additional information regarding the valuation and/or property address.
