Group Registration

We only accept a group registration if:

•  there are at least 2 group members
•  there's a group lead member - the group lead member must be a member of the group, must have a principal place of business in the UK, and must be liable to General Betting Duty (GBD)
•  all group members are corporate bodies (including Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs)) under common control
•  a group registration application is completed by the group lead member
•  the group lead member has received from each group member their consent to join the group and confirmation that it's understood that as GBD group members they'll have joint and several liability for GBD - in completing the application the group lead member is declaring that they have received this information
•  group members are not registered for GBD in their own right or members of another GBD group at the same time
