So we can re-assure you as to who is calling, please enter a word or phrase we can use if we need to contact you. We will not reveal ourselves, until we are sure it is you who has answered the phone. The phrase can be a word, or sentence, that you will immediately recognise and so you know that it is HM Revenue & Customs who is calling.
