ATED-related Capital Gains Tax (CGT) due

If your computation results in a net chargeable gain, you will need to work out the amount of Annual Tax on Enveloped Dwellings (ATED)-related CGT due on the gain.

ATED-related capital gains will be subject to ATED-related CGT at 28%.
