- Description
- Nine handles made from coloured glass with brass rings at the centre. The clear glass handles are tube shaped with an internal glass rod in bright orange. Each handle has a brass fixture on one end which joins the two parts of the handles together to form a working curved shaped handle. These items were crafted by the Venini brand (Venini & C) founded by Paolo Venini in 1921 and is one of the oldest glass making companies in Italy. The items appear to be rare and probably custom made around 1968.

- Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a. GIR 3b has been used as the brass fixtures are considered the essential character.
