Description
A standard and compact rechargeable battery module. It is specifically designed and an essential component of the Implantable Hearing Device. Made of plastic that is bio compatible with skin and serves to provide weight and power via the rechargeable battery it houses, to the processor. This is linked to the implanted device to balance behind the ear. It is available in 5 colours: Carbon Smoke Maize Mocha White Module Dimensions: - Standard 30.5 X 19.6 X 9 mm Compact 21.4 X 19.6 X 9 mm Packed in Tamper Evident Cardboard Box 90 X 90 X 19 mm, with paper insert. The product is sold to Implant recipients via online store, authorised distributors and hospitals. Not sold in commercial retail outlets.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, Reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
