Description
This is a compact first aid bag ideal for using at home, office or for travelling. The bag has a white square with a green cross and the words First Aid written on the bag. The bag itself is green in colour with a black handle. The bag consists of: 12 safety pins, 2 x large gloves, 1 x foil blanket, 1 x plastic tweezers, 1 x medical scissors, 2 x instant ice packs, 1 x sterile eye wash, 2 x bandages 7.5cm x 4.5m, 4 x bandages 5.0cm x 4.5m, 2 x triangular bandages, 1 x first aid tape roll, 3 x wound dressing, 1 x crepe bandage roll, 2 x sterile eye pad, 40 x plasters, 3 x knuckle strips, 2 x fingertip fabric strips, 10 x antiseptic wipes. The bag is made from: 48% nylon fabric, 25% non woven fabric, 10% spandex, 5% plastic, 5% iron, 4% sterilised water, 3% sodium chloride.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3(1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect- a. Part Two (Goods Classification Table Rules of Interpretation) of the Tariff of the United Kingdom (Reg 3(1)(a)); and b. Notes to a section or chapter of the Goods Classification Table (Reg(1)(b)). General Interpretative Rules (GIRs): GIR 1 has been used to classify this product by the terms of heading 3006 - Pharmaceutical goods specified in note 4 to this chapter. GIR 5(b) has been used to identify the type of packaging. The products are all packed in a bag. GIR 6 has been used to classify the goods to subheading level 300650 - First-aid boxes and kits. Also classified in accordance with The Harmonised System Explanatory Notes (HSENs) to heading to chapter note 4 (g) to chapter 30. HSEN Note (8) to heading 3006.
