Description
The product is an electronic control module (ECM) that is a sub-component of an industrial scale temperature solid oxide electrolysis hydrogen generator system. It comprises solid oxide electrolysis stacks, heat exchangers, electrical heaters and interconnecting pipework all within a thermally insulated stainless steel structure. It's an exchangeable module which contains no control functionality. The system into which the ECM is installed provides safety and complex control functions to the ECM as well as electrical power and the necessary fluid streams.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
