Description
Ferrous Bisglycinate, a compound formed of Iron bound to two glycinate molecules in a co-ordination complex. It is used in iron supplements to treat iron deficiency. The product is in the form of a light yellow-brown powder. The products CAS RN is 20150-34-9. It is packaged in 25kg paper drums.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
