- Description
- A part of the connector tie-in system (outer cylinder) the 'part which is open - die forged and rough machined' and is made of Alloy Steel Grade F22, low alloy steel (base metal) containing nominally 2.25% Chromium.' It is a part used for flow of oil or gas and the part connects to join two pieces of pipe together within a mechanical connection system. The connector, the ring is considered not to be part of the bore, the internal /integral element of the system. Connections are installed directly onto the receiving hub in one operation during connection. With no need for a dedicated actuating tool, this tie-in method requires minimal mobilization and tool logistics. This part is specifically designed and manufactured as a part of the connector. The approx. diameter 1226 mm. Packaged: palletize using ISPM15 pallet.
