Description
Food containers that are designed to be filled with food at the point of sale for takeaway food businesses. The product is made of carbonate, polypropylene and colour masterbatch. All three of these materials are mixed together to make sheets which are then thermoformed to make the food container. They are then packaged into polyethylene bags and then into cardboard boxes.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
