- Description
- A product which is designed for the measurement of size, molecular weight and zeta potential of dispersed particles and molecules. The system has adaptive correlation for reproducible (DLS) measurements with no data loss. The system also has zeta potential analysis that incorporates m3-pals and constant current zeta mode for measurement of zeta potential distributions and data quality in conductive media. The system also included an application software with its easy-to-use method builder for measurement control, data analysis with advanced data quality assessment and an advice system. The light scattering instrument is for use in a laboratory. The product is an entry level model, for routine sample investigations. The system utilizes 90 degrees measurements to generate particle size and zeta potential data for measuring larger sized particles. The system also identifies and separately classifies rogue large particles so that they do not influence the consistently present particle size result providing a more representative view of the sample. The system can be used in the sizing of colloidal silica.
