- Description
- A 3G SDI shield is a small expansion board that connects to an arduino (an open source protyping platform device). The product allows the user to build custom controllers for cameras using the SDI camera control protocol, or you can add buttons, knobs, and joysticks to the shield for adjusting features such as lens focus and zoom, aperture settings, pedestal and white balance control, the camera's built-in colour correction, etc. The arduino device (which is not a part covered by this ATaR) is able to send commands to cameras and other SDI devices. Using the 3G SDI shield with an arduino device you are able to build complex automation and broadcast control solutions.
