- Description
- Plant based product to substitute chicken. Suitable for vegans or vegetarians. The product is created through through a process of extrusion by pressure using high temperature is applied to vegetable protein and restructured into a structure of animal protein, being turned into animal protein. The product is packed is packed in a plastic tray with a plastic film, then placed in a cardboard sleeve. The product can be frozen. The ingredients consist of: Plant structure, wheat flour, water, vegetable oils, bread crumbs, fibres, spices, starches, thickener, wheat gluten, flavourings, yeast extract/natural flavourings, salt, acidity regulator, soy protein, spirit vinegar, dextrose, acid, spice extract, ferric pyrophosphate.
