Description
A plant based burger suitable for vegans or vegetarians. It is made via a process of extrusions where pressure and high temperature is applied to a vegetable protein to make it look like a meat effect burger. They are packed 4 x 226g and packed in a plastic tray with a clear plastic cover and then placed in a card sleeve. The ingredients consists of: Plant structure, water, vegetable oil, vegetable fat, thickener, natural flavourings, starch, emulsifier, soy protein, acidity regulator, salt, acids, flavourings, psyllium husk, barley malt extract, spices, citrus fibre, colours and antioxidants.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect- a.
