Description
The offshore boot is designed to be worn on sailing systems. The boot is designed to be waterproof and retain heat. It has a 3 millimetre thermal neoprene inner layer and a three layer external gaiter with secure elastic cord and thermomoulded outsole; with a reinforced heel, instep and toe, combined with the non-slip razor cut outsole. The boot is grey and black in colour with branding in white lettering on the vamp. The outer layer is made from nylon; the inner from neoprene and nylon and the sole from a rubber compound.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
