- Description
- A Low Power Digital Temperature Sensor offering accuracy without extra calibration or additional signal conditioning. The device features two-wire I2C interface for digital output and on-chip 12-bit ADC for 0625°C/LSB resolutions. It operates on supply voltages from 1.4 to 3.6 V with low quiescent current of 10μA over the full operating range and is ideal for high accuracy temperature measurement in computer, consumer, environmental, industrial, and instrumentation applications.
