- Description
- Spray dried protein concentrate from bovine milk. Product is powdered milk protein concentrate produced from spray dried milk protein concentrate powder manufactured from fresh pasteurized skim milk through a process of ultrafiltration, followed with concentration by evaporation and drying by spray drying atomisation. Constituents: - bovine skimmed milk (pasteurised) and citric acid. Packaged in 20kg bags.
