Description
A 3-gang mains socket adaptor. It comprises 3 standard UK mains outlet sockets which are connected to a standard UK household mains plug which can be plugged into any UK electrical supply, all in a single housing. It functions by splitting a single supply into 3 individual supplies – one for each socket, allowing up to 3 separate mains powered devices to be plugged into it. The plug is fitted with a 13 amp fuse. The unit is designed for home or office use, to be plugged into a 240v supply, the sockets are not switched and there is no cable between the mains plug and the sockets. Item is put up in a cardboard sleeve for packaging

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
