Description
Product is a chewable, gummy vitamin designed to aid overall sleep quality. Each serving of Bedtime contains 100mg of 5HTP (Hydroxytryptophan) which helps to support overall wellbeing and a healthy nervous system. Product is to be taken orally up to twice a day. Product should not exceed the allocated dosage described on packaging as to adhere to regulatory guidelines. This product is a food preparation for the maintenance of general health or wellbeing. Vitamin is encapsulated in edible form to make product more palatable. These raw capsules are then placed in a clear, recyclable plastic bottle with safety proof lid.

Justification
For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
