- Description
- A decoration intended for Halloween, it is an inflatable hat, which can be used indoors or outdoors. It is plugged into a socket which has a small motor which self inflates and lights up with LED lighting. It is made of 90% PVC and 10% electrical components. It is a mauve colour with a black buckle feature around it and measures 82.5cm high and 42cm wide.

- Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect- a. GIR 6 has been used to classify the goods to subheading level 950690 - Other than articles for Christmas Festivities. Also classified in accordance with: The Harmonised System Explanatory Notes (HSENs) to heading 9505.
