Description
Chicken Shiitake Mushroom Bao Buns Frozen food product - Soft dumplings with chicken and shiitake mushroom flavour. It is precooked. Steamed. Ingredients: Chicken 15.83%, Wheat Flour, Water, Onion, Vegetable oil, Soybean oil, Palm oil, Sugar, Mushroom, Soy sauce, Soybean, Wheat, Tapioca starch, salt, ginger, yeast, yeast extract, compound leavening agent, sodium bicarbonate, Glucono delta lactone, Sodium dihydrogen phosphate, Citric acid, Calcium carbonate, Corn starch, Compound emulsifier, Hydroxylated lecithin (Soy), Mono and diglycerides of fatty acid (Mdofa), white pepper powder. No invert sugar and only sugar percentage is 2.12%. Net Weight: 270g

Justification
