- Description
- A conical gold decorative/ornamental plant pot container of base metal (mild steel with a EPL gold finish - (not of precious metal/gold plated)) with a dimple affect and a decorative embossing situated on the front of the pot. The product serves as a decorative container in the form of a planter for decorating apartments. The planter is designed to only hold artificial flowers/fake plastic plants (no drainage holes.) For indoor use only. This is packaged individually for retail sale. Dimensions Diameter 21 x Height 22cm

- Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: - General Interpretative Rules (GIR)s: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, Reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a. GIR 6 - Has been used to classify the goods to subheading level 8306 29 - Statuettes and other ornaments, Other than plated with precious metal.
