Description
Product is 18000kg and 2100kg tanks of a mass of semi-liquid milk chocolate with orange oil. It is not ready for retail sale as it is a sold - semi product, used for producing milk chocolate eggs. It is made from Sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, whey powder (from milk), vegetable fats (palm, shea), milk fat, emulsifiers (soya lecithin, E476), orange oil, flavourings.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect- a.
