Description
This product is a device which generates heat, smoke and carbon monoxide for the purpose of testing the correct function and operation of heat, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. It is powered by a rechargeable battery and a charger is supplied. The product is then placed over the device under test and then produces smoke, carbon monoxide and/or hot air which is blown into its sensor in order to trigger the alarm, indicating to the user that it is working correctly. Extension poles are supplied which can be attached to the unit allowing the user to carry out the tests on units at height without the need for a ladder. Included in this set is a: Test kit Removal tool Storage bag Telescopic pole x 3 Extension poles. All equipment supplied with a storage bag and packaged in a single cardboard carton.
