- Description
- Avian blood that has been collected for diagnostic purposes. The blood can be from various species of birds. Normally 2 or 3 drops of blood are placed on blotting paper, submitted possibly with feather samples (these are being classified separately). They are for laboratory use only. Each consignment may contain several samples for testing.

- Classification has been determined in accordance with the following:- For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
