Description
A green chilli pickle to be used as a condiment for adding to foods. Consisting of green chilli, salt, mustard oil, water, mustard seed, lime juice, mustard powder, fenugreek powder, acidity regulator, turmeric powder, asafoetida. Packed in a 300gm glass jar with a metal lid.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a. GIR 5(b) has been used to identify the type of packaging. Packed in a glass jar. GIR 6 has been used to classify the goods to subheading level 200190 - Other than cucumbers and gherkins. 8 Digit Code - 20019097 Other than, Tropical fruit and tropical nuts; palm hearts. 10 Digit Code - 2001909799 - Other than not containing added sugar.
