- Description
- The product is a unit that is a combined constant current source and digital voltameter contained within a plastic case. The user can input the desired level of constant current between 10 Nanoamps and 100 Milliamps or choose a simple auto ranging function. The unit is used in conjunction with a four point probe and readings can be used to determine the resistivity of semiconductor samples typically used in research applications. The product can be operated as a stand alone unit, or by using the supplied software in combination with a PC. The unit can display results as voltage, as sheet resistance in OHMS per square, as resistivity in OHMS centimetre or resistance in OHMS.
