Description
A toy tea set made of tin. There are 14 pieces consisting of four cups, four saucers, four plates and a teapot with a lid. All parts are either base painted light green or light blue with jungle animal decoration. They are intended for the playful entertainment of children, packed in a cardboard box measuring 19.5cm x 29cm x 9.6 cm with a viewing window for retail sale. Suitable for ages 3 years and over.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following:- For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
