- Description
- Caramelised onion marmalade. The sample received is 210g, it is in a glass jar with a screw on metal lid. The marmalade has a very thick gelled consistency with visible soft slices of onion throughout. Ingredients include: Onions, raw cane sugar, citrus pectin, spiced vinegar (cider vinegar, cinnamon, cloves, ginger), concentrated redcurrant juice, extra virgin olive oil, concentrated lemon juice. It is labelled and packaged, then put up for retail sale.
