- Description
- A novelty, plastic mask depicting a human skull face. It covers the whole face, with cut outs for the eye areas and for the nose. The mask is white and black in colour, there is an elastic strip attached to keep the mask in place. It measures 16cm x 24.5cm It is attached to a header card for retail sale.

- Classification has been determined in accordance with the following:- For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
