- Description
- A device designed with the intention of preventing the user being harmed by the effects of electromagnetic non-ionising radiation. The protection is provided by artificial graphite from within the product and it is cased in aluminium. It comes in 4 different types. Depending which type, it can either be worn around the neck, attached to the back of a mobile phone, placed in the pocket of clothing whilst being worn or placed on a stand in the home. Inside it contains a number of passive materials including transducers and some graphene but otherwise no active components and is not actively powered in any way.

- Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
