Description
The child’s stationery pack is used for drawing, colouring and writing. It includes; A zipped plastic mesh wallet containing 1 A5 96 page notebook made of paper, 2 sticker sheets made of paper, 1 pad of 3 sticky notes made of paper, 1 rainbow/multi-coloured pen made of plastic and ink, 6 full length coloured pencils made of wood with coloured lead of wax and oil, 1 eraser made of rubber, 1 ruler made of plastic. Packaged within a zipped plastic wallet for distribution.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
