Description
Caravan Air Awning. A caravan awning utilising air inflatable technology. Manufactured from synthetic oxford polyester textile material of 100 grams per square metre. Intended to be erected close to the to a caravan and externally attached in order to create additional sheltered space which can be used for a variety of purposes, including dining, sleeping and storage. The awning features plastic windows on each side and includes fly screens on each side door for ventilation and to keep insects at bay. Skylights are also incorporated into each of the three roof panels. Extra support is provided by high-vis guy lines which can be adjusted at triangular fixing points. The synthetic fabric is 3000HH rated waterproof and has taped seams. A single inflation point is provided for ease of assembly and the awning is supplied with an inflation pump and a carry bag. Rail Height Dimensions: 235-250cm Depth :300cm Width: 420cm.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following:- For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a. General interpretative rules (GIR)s: GIR 1 has been used to classify this product by the terms of heading 6306 tarpaulins, awnings and sunblinds; tents; sails for boats, sailboards or landcraft; camping goods. GIR 6 has been used to classify the goods to subheading level 630622 tents of synthetic fibres. Also classified in accordance with: Harmonised System Explanatory Note (HSEN)s to 6306 note (4)
