Description
Truck Mounted Telescopic Crane The crane has two cabs, one at the front of the vehicle and one at the rear. The controls for the engine, gear-box, changing gear and braking are all located in the front/bottom cab. Powered by a diesel engine (80kw/110 horsepower). ABS brakes and hydraulic steering. Gearbox, high and low speed transmission. The vehicle has 5 retractable hydraulic legs which rest on the ground when the crane is being used. Rated lifting weight 10,000kg (10 tonne). Maximum lifting height 31M. Main lifting mechanism 10 ton winch and a sub-lifting mechanism 7 ton winch. 1.2M turntable. Boom structure 6M. Maximum speed 50 km/h (31.06 mph).

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
