Description
Closed circuit breathing apparatus. The breathing unit is worn on the users back and supplies up to four hours of air even in toxic atmospheres. The positive pressure breathing circuit protects the user from hazardous substances entering the sealed breathing unit and the CO2 absorber removes carbon dioxide from the exhaled air. At the same time, the breathing air is enriched with oxygen from the oxygen cylinder. Before the regenerated breathing air is inhaled again, it flows through the breathing air cooler, reducing the temperature of the inhaled air. Data can be captured by the electronic monitoring unit and transmitted to a telemetry board or modem. The telemetric monitoring and communication system displays the data for each user providing status reporting.
