- Description
- Product is a packet of dry Poha, a traditional Indian breakfast. It contains Rice flakes Edible vegetable fats, Peanuts, Salt, Dehydrated onion, Sugar, Green Chilli, Curry leaf, Turmeric, Mustard, Cumin, Citric acid and Tartaric acid. The mix is put into bowl, hot water is added before mixing and then serving. The rice flakes which make up most of the product, are roasted in a way that does not effect the shape of the flakes. Packaged in a sealed plastic bag containing 160g of product.

- Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect- a.
